For Web GUI
Loom works pretty well to record and edit. On a paid plan you can download the video as an mp4. You can then upload it to YouTube for serving and embedding.
You can embed and share looms but you need to be on a paid plans to get good thumbnails.
On YouTube you can use the subtitles feature to add captions
